Force One Partner with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity!

Force One are proud to be partnering with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity with one of their new, RSP Suction Excavator units. An employee led initiative saw the Force One team choose to partner with the Lighthouse Charity with their latest Suction Excavator, joining their growing fleet. Coupled with the charity’s brand colours and Force One’s iconic truck livery, the striking design will be showcased on some of the leading construction and infrastructure sites in the UK, including Sizewell C, Hinkley Point C, HS2 and various aviation sites across the UK.

Part of the ReadyPower Group, Force One understand the importance of supporting their team’s wellbeing and partnering with the Lighthouse Charity ensures that people are able to access all aspects of emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support.

ReadyPower Group Chief Executive Officer, Force One’s Managing Director and CEO of the Lighthouse Charity said the following about the new vehicle:

ReadyPower CEO Russell Jack: “ReadyPower Group Limited has supported the Lighthouse Charity for many years. It is a cause close to our hearts, supporting a positive wellbeing culture in our industry. I was absolutely delighted when Force One Limited suggested displaying the charity logo on their new truck. This will make a huge impact in raising awareness to people who may be wrestling with their own struggles. Well, done to the team involved, it looks amazing”.

Force One’s managing director, Declan Burke: “We are very proud to support the lighthouse charity and to promote the variety of key resources they provide to individuals and their families in the industry. It’s a great choice from our employees for the new charity suction excavator, well done to all”.

Sarah Bolton, CEO of the Lighthouse Charity added. "The excavator looks fantastic and what a great way to get the message of support out to the sites. A big thank you goes out to Readypower, Force One and everyone who elected us as charity partners, it is amazing to have this support".

A crucial element of the charity’s strategy is to provide a wide range of free and accessible pro-active resources to support the industry.

The charity offers a free and confidential 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, live chat service and text support service which provides a range of information, guidance, and support on a huge variety of wellbeing issues. These services are complemented by their free Self Support App which offers another route to support, along with their Lighthouse Beacons who provide a safe space for people to share concerns.

The striking “Lighthouse Truck” is available to hire across the UK through the Force One Team. Each time you hire the vehicle, Force One will donate an amount to the charity, on a per shift basis.
