Fully Network Rail approved, unique and modular in design our rail-based suction excavation system (RSES) has, at its heart, a 4-fan high power suction unit, which is among the most powerful in Europe. With its array of configurations, it allows for total flexibility. Comprising road rail excavator(s), 7m rail trailers and material/conveyor hopper modules.

On track haulage of the system is provided by Doosan DX140 or DX170 Road Rail Excavators which feature:

Designed and developed to allow for continuous working and discharge of spoil. Subject to worksite parameters, discharge to engineering train on an adjacent track. For single line working, module reconfigured within the consist so as to discharge to rear into appropriate ballast boxes or MFS D/MFS wagons.
