I have been working for Force One now for about 8 months. My background whilst in sales more recently was in civil and commercial mediation. It is great to be involved with a company that genuinely wants to provide the best possible standard of service for its customers, our deployments genuinely feel collaborative in nature and this makes for an interesting day to day. By far one of the most refreshing aspect of Force One is the family run element, it means that not only are customer relationships built on a more personable foundation, but also that the company’s dedication to its employees makes for a level of care and understanding for those employees is something that I have not experienced previously, and something that is great to see.

This element of care for employees lead to me completing a mental health first aider course along with one of our operatives to ensure that should other employees require it, they know that they have someone they can speak to should life’s normal ups and downs become too much to bare. To work in an environment where there is this level of recognition for the wellbeing of staff is quite exceptional and as an ex-military man, something that I believe is extremely valuable.

My duties day to day really are for the most part to maintain and improve on existing relationships with our customers, build new relationships going forward and anything else that is required of me at any given point. This makes for a fluid environment making each day different.

In my time with Force One so far, I have seen constant investment, not only in its people but also in the equipment that we use. This drive to consistently build on, improve and innovate on almost a day to day basis makes for a dynamic company for which the future looks bright and I am looking forward to seeing what the coming year brings.
