How long have you worked at Force One?

I have worked at Force One for 8 Years, I have seen many changes and Developments in the industry since I have been employed here.

What Changes have you noticed since being at Force One and in this industry?

When I was first employed at Force One there were around 14 Staff Members and we only had 1 small office. Now there’s around 40 staff Members and we now have a separate New Office to the Yard.

Back in 2011 there was no Formal Qualification process and we didn’t need tickets to be able to work on the trucks. The first form of Qualification was an EUSR ticket with a Suction Excavation endorsement which came into place however it is now necessary to have a CPCS A78 Qualification.

I have seen quite a few changes in the industry over the years.

What Qualifications have you gained in the 8 years of being in this industry?

One of the first Qualifications I gained was my Airside driving. I’ve since built up experience with PTS, CPCS A78 and A17, CCNSG and EUSR.

I’ve had a wealth of training over the years meaning I have working on a variety of sites and projects.

Currently my most recent Qualification was my A17 Telehandler ticket, I have been using Force Ones 32 Tonne Magni which is the only of its kind in the country.

What Sites have you been working on the most recently?

I have been spending a lot of time working on Main UK Airports.

Where do you see yourself this time next year?

I would like to continue to develop my skills further and renew and obtain my current qualifications.
