EVERYBODY COUNTS: NEIL HENLEY

Neil has worked for Force One for 4 years in September this year and is now one of our most experienced operatives with a wide skill set.

Neil came to work for us with no experience or HGV licence, but he worked hard to gain the skills required to achieve his CPCS Ticket and also went through his HGV Lessons and gained himself a full HGV Licence passing his Theory & Practical tests so he is able to drive the Trucks as well as operating.

Neil has worked within Oil Refineries, Nuclear Sites and also within the Rail sector. He has worked across a variety of different job types, working in some of the most challenging settings. He has and continues to be always ready for a challenge, whether that be based on a rail site or a general site setting.

Within the Rail Sector, over the past 4 years Neil has undergone multiple different rail training courses, building up his qualification base. Following the delivery of Force One's Doosan RRV in 2017, Neil underwent a variety of courses such as PTS, machine controller, OTP and Slinger course. He now is an experienced machine controller, working alongside the Force One rail team regularly.

Neil will shortly be beginning his NVQ to achieve his Blue CPCS card, something that we feel he will have no problem in achieving due to his wealth of experience and enthusiasm

We have enjoyed having Neil as part of the Force One team over the past 4 years and look forward to seeing what the future will hold for him with the company!

Keep an eye out next week for a new edition of Everybody Counts!
